Very first hand at the table. What range do you put this villain on? Keep in mind he limped it UTG.

I stoved the hand afterward with many possible cases ranging from 10-50% VPIP and my worst equity was around 87%. However, during the hand I thought it was just okay strength. Should I have raised or pushed anywhere?

Looks fine but there's a very good chance he's got a better 8 here. He could also have AJ or the club draw though so I think you have to play this one through. If you get bet into huge on the river you have to fold.
