You do not push preflop from the button with 77 with 13BBs. You raise to try and pick up the blinds or you could call trying to pick up the pot after the flop or fold. All in is stupid. The only way you get called is if you are in a coin flip or badly beaten.

If SB and BB are calling top 5% pushing cEV=t184
If SB and BB are calling top 10% pushing cEV=t163 If SB and BB are calling top 20% pushing cEV=t174 assuming SB and BB dont call both, pushing is clearly cEV+ and since its early stage I bet its $EV+ too. |

There is absolutely nothing wrong with pushing 77 from the button with 13bb. You pick up the blinds and prevent someone from re-stealing with hands that are flips. You're too short to raise and fold to a push after all. Limping from the button (or any position for that matter) with 13 bb is absolutely ridiculous. You're too short to be limp-pushing over a raise. I'd almost always just push pre-flop here, because I don't want to raise and deal with a stop and go from the blinds.

Shove preflop. That's too much of your stack to call off for set value.
