I think this is an interesting hand that I played about a week ago.
I bumped it up pf and got a call from one really, really bad player (50/40) and one from a pretty decent 2+2er (c.18/15) who I have been told has played a bit higher (he may even read this, in which case hello) who I have a lot of hands on. On the flop I bet it and get called from the donkey but raised from the 2+2er. A standard line on the flop now would be to fold to most opponents. However, I know for a fact he is capable of squeezing here with a lot of hands including AQ and obvisouly a sd or fd. And I also think that sometimes he could figure me to have missed with an AK and is rr this relatively small amount to isolate himself against the bad player. And he 99.9% almost certainly would have rr AA-JJ/AK pf, which essentiall only puts me up against 222 which currently beats me. As its quite a drawy board what would your play be here?

I dont like calling as my hand is vunerable to a lot of cards on the turn and the CO hand could be made by pretty much any one of them. And, for reasons stated I dont really like folding to this player who is pretty good without being an ABC TAG.

Thoughts?

not for me. villian has QJs, 222, or flush draw here always. I turbofold.

You're often dominated here... One could make a case for calling and re-evaluating the turn but it's pretty spewy too as he's 90% certain to lead the turn and then you'd have to fold.

oops misread hand I thought villian pushed. I probably call and fold if he comes out betting. I mean he could have KQ here and you'd know if he came out betting on the turn.

he can raise you with alot of hands but shoving basically ensures he folds anything you have good equity against and continues only with hands that have u destroyed.

I like it.
Obviously you cant fold out better hands, but you have to protect your hand here and i believe this is often a draw and sometimes KQ.

no way I push this hand if he has a weaker hand we find out on the turn when he is OOP and it saves our entire stack.

I dont know why I can't read this hand properly.
Yeah it is a push/fold depending on your read and I also lead towards a push.
