Default NL100 2 times AQ facing turn aggression

give me some help on a line please. What do I do on the turn? I always get in trouble with deciding when to bet the turn and wehn not. No reads on villains in each hand, they just sat down and played an orbit.

hand 1 - changed my mind, 3bet flop / fold to a raise
hand 2 - 3bet flop / fold to a raise. As played, lead turn

LMP,

No.

1, Shove. FDs/KT/Qx all in his limping range. nh

2, Play it the same.

hand 1 - Hero can't 3bet and fold to a raise, he can only 3bet allin. I think it was played fine or shove flop, doesnt really matter since all the money's going in.

hand 2 - 3bet / fold flop

Yeah, a 3bet on hand 2 isnt really optimal, what illuminati said.
