Some other options could be folding preflop or pushing. I like folding better but others on this site will give info you can take to the bank.

The was the worst possible play IMHO.
Raising 1/4 of our stack into 5 players yet to act essentially places us in push/fold mode automatically. If someone comes over the top (as is what happens), we have to fold these marginal holdings and are left with less than 10bb with the blinds to hit us next hand. We have more than 10bb, are way out of position with a crappy hand. Fold p/f. Fold to the re-raise and shove from position the next chance you get. Oh, and don't ever do this again UTG with this type of hand. Good luck! Slacka |

I don't like the preflop raise. You're stack size doesn't warrant playing this hand UTG. If you ARE going to raise, you need to have a plan before you do.
As played, i would probably fold. You are flipping at best and you will still have a decent stack to play with. |
