Default How can I use my credit?

Hopefully this isn't too naive of a question. I'm in graduate school right now so I make around $23k / year. My credit limit is around $10k but I never use more than $1k. Is there any way I can utilize my remaining credit? Even a few hundred extra dollars each month would be nice. Thanks!

Here is the trick for you, usually taking cash out of a CC kills you fee/interest wise. Taking cash out of a HELOC costs nothing.
