Why do so many people 6max instead of full ring?
I don't get it, 3 less spots for fish/bad players to sit. You have to pay more in blinds too.
What is the point? |

Re: Why do so many people 6max instead of full ring?
6 max forces players to play more hands and gives them many more opportunities to make mistakes that you can capitalize on.

Re: Why do so many people 6max instead of full ring?
this is simple-the more hands you can play the more you can exploit your opponents with less players in the hand/at the table...
eg. player A is 2x as good as player B, this correlates with $25/hour in winnings from him in full ring but $60 from him in 6max because you have to make more decisions and these decisions are much more marginal than UTG+2 made it 40, i have 66 flop is A 6 2, how do i get his chips... |
