London is pretty expensive as well. And while I do of course belive that German beer is the one and only acceptable sort of beer there is I will say that one can get pretty excellent non German beer (namely: Belgian) in Paris.
I suggest Duvel or Chimey (red, blue or white they are all kind of good).

The only + Paris has is that one can get fois gras legaly there [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

@ all at the beers on the list that I know, obviousely (the others I'll have to try). I think the best beer I ever had was the one I brewed myself but I guess that's not a good sheep answer [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
Heineken is one of the most horrible beers in the world. Shudder. The Bud from the Czech Republic (which is the only one I've seen in stores over here) is not so bad actually.

I'm the biggest Yankee hater on this board but even I know Babe Ruth was the greatest player of all time. He was so much better than anyone else in his era it's not even close. BTW for you people who think he was so unathletic, check out the fact that he had 123 career stolen bases.

Regarding football players, look at tape of Jim Brown. He had an unstoppable combination of speed and strength.
