Raising preflop in the blinds on Absolute

I play $0.5/$1 on Absolute where the max buy-in is $200. If I am in the SB I would like to know how to raise to exactly $4.00. This isn't a problem if I have less than $200 as the slide rule works fine and I can throw $3.50 on to my $0.50 SB. If I have over $200 the slide rule skips $3.50 and goes straight to $4.50. If I type into box instead of using the slide rule I can only raise in terms of full dollars. I know there is way to do this because I've seen other people raise from the SB to exactly $4.00.

Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, I'd like to know the answer to this too. Also, it seems that if you bet postflop for say $8 and get raised $16, the minimum amount you can reraise to is $32 (it should be $24).

I don't get the problem here. I raise to 4 from the sb by not holding in the slider but by clicking next to it so it goes up a bit at a time. Takes about a second and goes to 4 every time. It's v.simple.

hhaha how do you know that... you should never be minrereraising
