100NL QQ hand...river decision make a play or check?

villian in hand in pumuckel 17/5/1.7 and i play with him on a regular basis. He limps in alot and usually folds to a raise when i raise. Another caller and he completes. Should i be betting this flop 3 way? I wanted to see where i stood in the hand and it would be tough to continue w/the hand w/out a ace,set or draw. Ace coming on the turn i was sure he didnt have a Ace but could have 99 or 77. If he had a draw i was giving him a free shot at it. A 9 on the river and he checks. SO he either has made quads, 77 which would be scared of a river bet because i could easily have a ACE, or a busted draw.

Should i bet this river and represent a ACE or just check behind?

I bet the turn $25 fold if he raises...He could have a few draws he doesn't have to have a made hand here just because he called your flop bet...Plus, it's an easy fold if he raises, gotta bet this...

Just check the river through, what possible hand does he call a river bet with that we beat?. I personally don't think JJ and 1010 are in his range, since he usually raises them PF...And since the turn went chk/chk, I think he will call a river bet with all hands that beat us, like 77, any 9, and weaker As...

So basically he never calls us with a worse hand and he always calls us with a better hand...So no point in betting the river.
