You need to get this all-in. Pot is at $29. CO has $3 behind and BB has $45 behind.

If you go all-in and BB folds (assume CO must call), it means you're risking $17.25 to win $32.00 (1.86:1)

If BB calls, you're now risking $49.25 to win $78.00 (1.6:1)

Either way, these are good odds given that there's a very good chance that you're ahead (one or both of these players could be drawing to the 2nd best flush or have an underpair to your hand) and you have 18 outs to the nut-flush. So I reckon you're winning this more than 50% of the time which means pump, pump and pump it all-in!!!
