call

I don't think our hand is good after the flop cap, bet & turn raise, do you?

also I may just call the flop raise with the bottom 2 here.

I'm not 3 betting the flop after that kind of action. And I'd agree with the turn call.

what? there are 3 to the flop in an unraised pot. the BB leads out (could be any pair, air, draws, etc), and the UTG player raises (could be Qx, 8x, hearts, etc). you have the best hand a ton vs. "that kind of action"

I don't mind the 3 bet/call on the flop. I think we call the turn, but I'm expecting a raise out of BB.

Grunch.

Call. As I see it you got to hit your flush, and there is a farely good chance that it's gonna hold up. I would be more worried if I hit my FH that I would loose to a bigger one. UI on the river, just fold.

Any idea about the river line if we don't improve? Obviously call for 1 BB, but for 2BB?
Also if we improve to a full house will you raise a bet or not?

I would c/f the river UI, and c/r the river if we get the full house.

Honestly, I think the biggest mistake here is limping in with 86s pf. I dont think the pot is big enough with just one limper to play a speculative hand like this.

You REALLY need to 3-bet that flop. Don't question that. Call the turn. Reevaluate on river. Lose to better 2 pair, be sad.
