Default Wierd live hand

This is from the foxwoods 500$ Saturday MT.

It's level 2. I have about 18k and other players in the hand have 10kish. I raise to 300 from utg+1 with AQ. An old lady on my right doesn't even think before making it 600. There is another caller in position. And I obviously call the minraise, but I don't feel too good about my hand.

The flop is Q96. I check and the old lady bets 1200. The cold caller then makes it 2500. While I'm thinking the old lady counts out 1300 and puts it out to make the call, dealer then makes here take it back. Now I'm sure she doesn't have a big hand since she just wants too call and do it quickly without thinking. Now, I know I can't fold yet. My read on the other cold calling is that he is like most of the other locals, not very good. I call and the old lady calls too. Turn is a Jack I think. There is also at least 1 flush draw out there. We both check to the guy in position and he bets 3k leaving about 4.5 behind. I think again and decide to make the call, The old lady folds. River is a 5 that doesn't complete a flush. I think for a second and decide that he's not likely to continue any bluffs at this point and I'm not folding, so I put him all in because I don't want to let him check behind a worse one pair hand.

This whole hand was confusing to me because of the old lady's mini-reraise preflop. I don't really like how I played it, but I can't decide on a better line to take.
