PokerStars Game $3.00+$0.40 Turbo Hold'em No Limit BLINDS (50/100) -
Pretty much everyone is on 1500, except June who is on 980
Somebody irrelevant: posts small blind 50
June: posts big blind 100
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to me [Kd Ks]
First five people fold
Star: raises to 300
I raise 300 to 500
June raises 480 to 980 and is all-in
I call and Star folds
*** FLOP *** [Ah 9d 5d]
*** TURN *** [Ah 9d 5d] [Tc]
*** RIVER *** [Ah 9d 5d Tc] [5h]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
June shows [As Qc] (two pair, Aces and Fives)
I show [Kd Ks] (two pair, Kings and Fives)

1. convert your hand ffs
2. I don't really get who's who but it seems you got it allin preflop w/ KK in a 3.40, so I'll just say "well done"

There are only two ways to play KK in this spot. One is to reraise to 500-600 and then get it all in on the flop and the other is to push preflop the first time around. I would guess at a $3.40 that each are correct.

Yeah that's fine. People should always read the FAQ but we have all been there I just like to cut them some slack or break it to people nicely.

Even if i don't know if Villian raised here to 200 and you raised it up to 500 ir if you just made a min-raise - I think you should just push PF without knowing the stack sizes! If you min-raise then it was bad played because you just don't want everybody to see a (cheap) flop even if you have a really string hand. Always make it about 3 times the initial raise. Raising 2,5X IR is okay as well if that's what happenend!

Remember it is still a good result if you just pick up the pot!!!

That you did loose was just unlucky, but if you have pushed he might have folded
