Yea, I'm refering to 6-max.
20/10/1 and 30/20/3 are donk stats.

The first stats are clearly donk because your not raising enough, and your not agro enough.

30/20/3 is less of a donk stat, but at the 25 NL level, it's usually someone who is playing waaay too many hands.

Go read the uNL FAQ please, it will tell you a lot more

30/20/3 at 6 max on a big sample with a good positive winrate is one of the scariest stats in the game. If one of these guys sits deep in position to me I change the table. The only stats I hate more than this is 35/25.
