How do i get around NYC to Rendalls Island for Rock the Bells?

I live in CT.
I was thinking driving 30 minutes to metro north in southeast, then to 125 st harlem, according to ticketmaster they have buses that pick you up from there and to Randalls island.
But i'm not sure when the concert will get over and if trains will still be running to southeast, when ever the concert is over.
Any help or advice will be helpful. ty

Last train is a little before 2 am.

You can find schedules at mta.info. Other than that, I'm not sure how to help you.

i would just drive into the city. it's pretty hard for traffic to be awful that far uptown. park somewhere in harlem, take a bus to the show.

if you do want to do the metro north thing, though...the show will be over with more than enough time for you to catch a train back.
