Default 2/4 NL QQ 5 handed

About 10 mins ago I sat in at a 2/4 NL table and after maybe 30 or 40 hands I get QQ right before the button guy raises to 15 in front of me, i reraise to 30 and then the guy pushes over my stack. He hadn't played very many hands and isn't that agressive so I put him on AA or KK. Did I make a bad play with the reraise and was the fold a good play?

40 hands in 10 minutes is a fast table!

I would reraise to 45 or 50. 30 gives him set value and prices him in for a call pretty much no matter what. The small raise may have induced his all-in, but I'm passing without a read unless this is 3 handed or something.
