Default SB vs BB

I have "stolen" a couple of bb of villain earlier orbits. Villain is 27/8/13.

Poker Stars
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $1/$2
7 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (7 players) Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
5 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6SB, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">BB bets</font>, Hero ?

Should I cr to show strenght? I know that he knows that I've been stealing before. So its possible that he does this with any kind of garbage hand.

Pot is small, tainted outs, no kicker, the only way you are going to find out if he is going to fold is to spend more money. You took a shot with a mediocre hand, move along.

We have a very weak hand. It's time to fold it IMO.

If he is letting you steal a lot of pots from him, I fold here and proceed to steal more from him in the future.

What I did was fold the hand. What I thougt was in the same line as you guys have suggested. Weak hand, small pot and proceed to steal later.

... folds

Even with the history it is fairly unlikely he is going anywhere with a hand that he 3-bets with preflop. Your draw isnt exactly stellar either. IMO this is an easy fold.
