I have a cousin whose wife is Russian, and his wife basically said Finlandia was the best vodka that you could pick on on the cheap. I'm not a big vodka fan, but it surely didn't give me any nasty hangovers even after a lot of drinking. I can't say the same about Popov (college staple).
