didn't mean to upset anyone - you should watch the video i think you probably would understand my point was that in my opinion to be the best player you need to play the best players regularly. i said that the guys who beat the 5-10 and 10-20 games on party are great players but the majority of their profits are from beating guys who frankly have very big holes is their games. it's much more difficult to play guys like aba/durr/ozzy/genius/cts/stinger etc who are fundamentally solid, great hand readers, emotionally controlled, etc. and by playing with them you have to adapt and improve your game much more than 12 tabling party poker.

wasn't some sort of ego driven rant and i think anyone who watched the video would agree. it'd be interesting to see what some of these other guys think. i'll ask some of them to check this thread out. i have no idea if i'm right or wrong and it's just my opinion so i would say just take it for what it's worth.

Also, Ive played a decent amount of UB and their games weren't all that tough. Its a far stretch to say that the UB games were way harder than the Party games. Weren't Gandi, Deerchaser, Mike Matusow winning regulars at high stakes? And all 3 of them ain't that good. I think Party was the easiest because it was easy to play a lot of tables with the best software, not necessarily the individual games themselves which were probably only slightly easier than UB, Stars and Tilt.

wow plz dont start me and grim are huge favorites over samo but prob a little -ev vs blds and fsu, and even or slightly +ev vs lolo, the bank, ex noose, and newbie....

Those are the only regulars i remeber but it doesnt really matter now.
