Pair of 7's in CO

Villain in MP open raises, only 25 hands on him so far 24/8, nothing out of line. I am in cutoff and reraise. Flop comes:

Villain leads out....do you ever call or raise this against an unknown. Also, against unknown do you reraise Preflop?

Thats a really tough spot, I think a fold would be to weak against an unknown since he could be doing this with all sorts of hands trying to get pocket pairs and hands like kq to fold. I would like to look him up here, and would raise the flop bet the turn and check behind on the river. I think this is better than calling down since if he does have a hand like kq he will probalby just fold to your flop raise with a hand that has 6 outs, or may even fold a better hand such as 88 on the flop/turn.

Now if you had a hand like KK or QQ I think a passive approach would be better, and I would just call the villain down. Here you are either way ahead or crushed and should just get to showdown as cheaply as possible.

Just fold the flop. He's not Fing around with a preflop reraiser on an A high board with nothing, so you gotta pray he has a flush draw and even then he's a favorite.

I think I would fold that one without a better read. Some players would never bet out on that flop if they were strong and just do it to test you on the ace, against them the play may be to raise but until I see he is one of them I just muck.

just fold. you are likely behind and there are some serious reverse implied odds to consider.
