River push / bluff

$11 rebuy on stars, around 280 left with 160 or so paid. I joined table around 4/5 orbits ago, only shown down one hand - AQ re raised to isolate versus short stack called by 77 and checked to river when missed completely. Since then have raised around 4 times uncontested in the last 2 orbits. Normally I wouldn't raise A rag in MP but table has been v tight. BB apears to be tight / passive and not particularly good.

After his river check I have his range at pretty much 66-TT, maybe 45s but unlikely, I guess flush draw is a small poss. Pretty sure my hand is not good here vs this opponent 99% of the time. Is a river push profitable / good move? Should I be betting less to make my hand look less like a bluff? Thoughts overall?
