Re: AKs bvb almost deep vs twin
really depends too much on twins mood. he can have literally anything here depending on that. I've seen him do the same play vs me with KJ and lose 2 buyins when the king hit on the flop. if he's been in line i would just try to check it down. otherwise id shove flop. hes probably one of the only people who would take this line where shoving flop is +ev because he plays so much trash he can't call on that flop with. but if you are sure he's been in line then id try to check it down, he wont fold any pair.

i think i should be betting the turn, either for value or to get a shove frmo a worse hand, and i want to know what people think or what is their standard here. [/ QUOTE ] lol? when the pot gets big, twin plays way more straight foward. try to check it down. |

Re: AKs bvb almost deep vs twin
straate, glad you didn't busto. Sort of...
If you take the check-it-down line, you are calling at least one barrel on various blanks, right? Twin is passive but he will probably be willing to bluff once on turn or riv |

Re: AKs bvb almost deep vs twin
checking it down seems so lame...i like your original plan AE
-how do you play river if he just calls (calling down?) and how are you playing a flop bet, or a shove again? (calls?) |

Re: AKs bvb almost deep vs twin
pot is already freakin huge, he never folds preflop, not enough $ behind to induce bluffs, i just shove the flop
