Default Taxes on illegal activities

question:

how are taxes affected by the bill that makes it illegal to transfer funds or whatever?

i mean, if i was dealing drugs, would i pay taxes on it?

You're supposed to and you can go to jail for not doing so. I still wouldn't report it, however, as the "silver platter" doctrine that I thought was in place evidently isn't.

It wont be illegal to play poker online However tax evasion is very illegal
