Re: beer and biking diet
Well, 8 beers a night on average means nights of straight-up binging, and after those nights you aren't going to get up and bike 20 miles. And 5'10" 230 means you are already a pretty big fatty and used to the fatty lifestyle, plus you're having 8 beers a night on top of that.
So all things considered, 227. |

bps, "Well, 8 beers a night on average means nights of straight-up binging, and after those nights you aren't going to get up and bike 20 miles." lololololololololol. "And 5'10" 230 means you are already a pretty big fatty and used to the fatty lifestyle" meh, ive been doing this for 2 weeks and i just weighed myself today (hence my post) so im really not worried about being lazy. im generally not lazy but extenuating circumstances put me in this spot. i actually think my averages were a bit low. i will proly go farther in all categories. im not really trying to lose weight or anything. this isnt an exercise in motivation. i just genuinely enjoy beer and biking so thats what im gonna do. tracking the results will make it kinda like an experiment. so ill let yall know how it goes. and for todays report i rod 21.5 miles at 14.2mph and drank 10 beers. gnight all. |

Re: beer and biking diet
I wouldnt say 8 beers is binge drinking. If he enjoys biking that def is not going to stop him from going out and riding 20 miles which isnt that long of a ride. There are plenty of bikers that are exactly like victor. He is not going to win any races but your plan seems reasonable.
Bikers ride and they like to drink good beer. |
