Signing up for Full Tilt Poker

I have two questions about using your site to sign up with FTP:
1. Where is the bonus code I need to fill in when creating my new FTP account? I can't see it when i click on the link in step 4 of your sign up instructions.
2. Do I have to wait until I receive a confirmation e-mail fom you before i can deposit my money to full tilt?

1) all you need to do is make sure the client is not already on your system, clear cookies on browser.
After that you just click the link in the instructions download the client signup and submit your info to us.
2) you dont have to wait but you can wait for confirmation that we are tracking you. (this normally takes 24 hours)
