Re: 50NL - I NEVER FOLD
If you want to get villain to fold then I take the line of calling the flop then c/r turn. You're gonna have to shutdown after you get called though. I'm not saying that's a good line to take, I don't like it here at all.
Villain is so tight he could easily have QQ here right? Anyways, it looks like villain knows he has you beat. If he had AK I would expect him to check behind on the river. |

Re: 50NL - I NEVER FOLD
Thats what I was getting at when I said this hand has RIO written all over it. I basically stoped calling button CO opens for the blinds with pairs.

[/ QUOTE ] Right because basically you are turning your hand into two napkins, the only reason you would play the hand is if you thought you could steal the pot enough on the flop for it to be +ev correct? So you might as well have deuce seven here. |

Re: 50NL - I NEVER FOLD
basically I hate cold calling from the blinds period. Reraise can be good beacause takes it down preflop some times. It takes it down with c bet some times. Sometimes you hit a set and win a big pot but if they seldom fold to the reraise or the c bet just fold pre. The way its played he basically has to almost never double or triple barrel with nothing for this to be profitable.
