Re: $16 77 flopped boat..aggressive or passive line?
I check to pf raiser...
If anyone has a T or some other strong hand, there will be enough money going into the pot. If noone has any of those, let someone catch a draw or a pair on the turn. |

Re: $16 77 flopped boat..aggressive or passive line?
pf good call
flop check, and if its pf raiser that bets out, you have decide to call or raise because the chance he has a ten is not very good so you don't want to scare him away. if there is another call behind you, then obviously repop it. i think i set my trap f or the turn unless you can get someone with a ten to go crazy on the flop then get it all in there |

Re: $16 77 flopped boat..aggressive or passive line?
I like the lead into the preflop raiser here. Although it was only a min raise, I'd give him credit for a hand. I think you get re-raised a lot here. Then you can decide if you want to flat call and c/shove the turn or just 3-bet shove right on the flop.
I think the only reason to check this flop is to allow the pfr to bet and try to invite others into the pot. However, very few hands have hit this flop, so I think you are going to make more by building a pot than hoping others come along. |

Re: $16 77 flopped boat..aggressive or passive line?
Check/Raising shows more strength than leading out so I like how you played it, your worried about getting paid by non T hands, so a check raise will likely have them putting you on atleast a T.

i usually c/c flop lead turn. flop is pretty dry and you want to give AK a chance to hit a A K Q or J
