One of my favorite sayings is that if you always play the worst cards you will never have a bad beat. JK though. There is no way to avoid variance. If there was no one would ever have downswing.

Hmmmm.....my advice would be to play lots of hands and drink top shelf until you are plastered. As soon as the room stops spinning start drinking again. This way, even if you lose, you at least get your moneys worth. [/ QUOTE ] this is what i plan on doing all next week.
