I don't think most players range for a 4-bet push includes TT or JJ.

That makes it way worse. Unless this becomes a habit of his, I think this is an easy muck.

This means nothing, kinda irrelevant since its only 15 hands, just for future posts.

And yes I'd advocate a fold here, a clear fold it is. I'd say he'll do this w/ JJ+, AKs which gets you really in tough spot.

Uh he's just giving the information that's available. It's at least slightly more informative than nothing. I don't see the problem
