5/10 PP, put myself in tricky spot
Villian is a reasonably tight, solid, winning player (as far as I know). He might view me as somewhat loose, but I haven't gotten too out-of-line on this table yet.
Effective stack ~1100 5 handed. I raise to $30 with 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Villian on button calls. FLOP 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I bet $70, villian min-raises to $140, Hero ??? If just call, what about turn play? |

Call the flop, he is drawing also or a small PP, turn goes c/c, you c/f river UI.

Re: 5/10 PP, is this jam spewage?
K, I guess this is what I'm getting at...

Is this total spewage? Or do I get enough fold equity to make the times I'll have to suckout worth it? Is a smaller re-raise to $500 better? |

Re: 5/10 PP, is this jam spewage?
a reraise to 480 or something makes it look stronger and is essentially the same move - only shove if you shove a set there as well

Re: 5/10 PP, is this jam spewage?
reraise to $500 and call shove; this way you can fold out a hand like 88 or 99 (which some people will c/r here), and yo'ull get more folds- now ur hand looks a LOT like what it is

Re: 5/10 PP, put myself in tricky spot
I would call here. Not a fan of reraising here.
