[/ QUOTE ] i have had nothing but good experiences with them. i have received multiple checks from them, if you choose the overnight option, it takes around a week to get it, no more than a week and a half. they also have a phone number (unlike stars), and competent people answer the phones. i really dont get why people dont play there more. people make a big deal about double FPPS on stars and they dont make a big deal about ZERO rake. |

Well my request was last monday. so it's approaching/has exceed a week and a half for me which is why I'm starting to panic. I'm going to go check my mail right now, and if nothing, I'm going to call them and be very irate tomorrow. I'll be sure to post an update.

i would not panic at all. it might be late, but they will pay. they are rated A+ on sportsbookreview.com. they are extremely reputable.

deep breath.. relax... you will get your check.
the $30 fee checks that used to take about a week to get are running around 2 weeks now. support told me there was a message on the cashout page about it. never saw it. yes the "2 to 4 day" promise should be changed cause i dont think that anyone has ever got a check in that time frame? but just relax this is the world we live in now. |

i emailed support about my check, its been a month, they say it could take up to another 3 weeks. ill be patience and give wsex the benefit of the a doubt and wait for my check as this is the only cashout option right now.Them saving me tons of money in rakeback is well worth losing me few bucks on interest in my bank account.

We all understand that there are some delays to be expected in the new environment. However, there's little excuse for taking 3 days to reply to an e-mail and not even answer the questions asked. There's nothing more infuriating then getting a standard customer service form response when you're being patient.
Secondly, I dont appreciate being lied to. I phoned customer service yesterday (they had sent me an e-mail on Monday saying to check back Wednesday) and at first the representative apologized and said that the cheque had been mailed earlier in the week and I should get it within a few days. Then I requested the FedEx tracking number, after being put on hold for 5 minutes they came back and fessed up to the fact that the cheque had not been processed or mailed yet, and asked that I check back on Friday. Clearly some of you have had positive experience with the customer service, and thats encouraging, but i've yet to be treated to it. |

your actually right about the outright lies you get told by the live help people. i guess they just tell you what you want to here. your story just reminded me.. "yes sir that check is currently on its way to you, please check back tommorow morning for a tracking number" about 5 days later i get a tracking number.
p.s. Wpex GM was a great help to me a few weeks ago. my bank would not cash the checks i had recieved, return them to me, or provide me with any information. after a few weeks dealing with the live help people trying to have new checks issued, WPEX GM stepped up and got everything taking care of in a matter of hours. thanks |
