This is pretty standard. You don't even have a half-stack here, you can't fold much that's decent. Saying you "put him on a straight draw" is kind of ignorant though. He's going to have that <25% of the time here. The times he shows up with a worse two pair combined with the times he's drawing should give you the right odds getting 4:1, but you're going to be up against a set a lot of the time here.
