I believe you have to call here, you have a straight flush and are miles ahead of his range. A key skill in poker is putting opponent on a range of possible hands, and we can say that a reasonable player in this situation is likely holding 98,T9,TT,88,9xs, xxss, QJss (unlikely), or air. Because his possible holdings are so varied, you should call here. Not only this, but would a higher straight flush really shove all-in at this point? Signs point to no, and you can't expect an an opponent you describe as lag to only be betting with that anyway. Call.
