I think you have to bet here again, If he raises you I would seriously consider folding as I think a turn raise indicates he has you beat, most likely with a set. I dont think you can just check cuz he like always checks behind with a flush draw.

I can't bet/fold. He's got only 2700 chips left.

Re: $27.5 - Should I protect my TPGK or let him bluff worse hands?
My bad wasnt paying that close attention to stack sizes. Given that he is fairly tight I think I actually like checking the turn and seeing what he does. If he makes a big bet you might just have to fold. With no reads its really hard to tell if he has 55, 77, A10, or two overs and a flush draw. And you are only beating one, so I think check and go from there.

Re: $27.5 - Should I protect my TPGK or let him bluff worse hands?
ya, this is nasty. once you get yourself into this spot, i'm pretty much c/f to a lot of turn bets. unless you have a read that villain limps UTG+1 with TJ/TQ and thinks its the nutz flop (QT is the nutz after all ).
i'd presume he pushes all draws on the flop. so i think most times you are WA/WB. i'd check and see what happens. |
