Default $200 NL Live Game with KK v. TAG in UTG

It's about 3 hours into a cash game at a local club. I am playing a pretty solid game and have been only showing a few very strong hands while also making some pretty good calls against other players. I am in the one seat and the player to my right (in the ten seat), has been very TAGgy. I have once laid down to an overpair to him when it was a multiway pot and his bet was a clear indication of a set (which he showed to someone else going all in).

The standard preflop raise is about $12 and the average stack is around $100. I am up to $575 and he is sitting around $200, was up higher but took a few hits earlier. Cards are dealt, he raises to $19, a bit of an overraise given his play and the average here. I look down in KK as UTG+1. I think for about 15 seconds and raise to $60. He makes some noise that sounds like "hmm, would he do that with AK?" and then decides to call.

Flop: AT6 Rainbow.

UTG almost insta-shoves for around $120-140.

Call or fold?

What hands do you push here if you are UTG knowing that I have a premium pair? Are there any hands that you try to extract more value from? Do you ever bluff this with JJ/QQ knowing that only Aces or AK can call you?

I suspect when he asked "hmm would he do this with AK" he answered himself "yes." Now he's pushing for value because he knows there's 0% chance you fold AK.

I suspect his "Hmmmm" act means he has KK or AA.

Fold.

I thought about it for awhile and figured that there was a slight chance that he is making an incredible play, but I am more than likely beaten. I folded thinking that he was probably on AQ+. He quickly pushed his cards into the muck, protecting them the whole time to make sure no one sees them. My girlfriend was playing at the same table, saw this behavior, and is quite convincced that he made this with QQ. Figured I would post the hand and see if I got any second opinions.

Why can't he have a set of Tens?

Anyways, standard fold for me.
