raise more on the flop, make it 2.25 or so. call the turn. as played fold river.

I agree with raising more on the flop. Make it at least $2 to go.

As played, villain has shown terrible weakness up until the river. I think 80% of the time this is a flush or AT. Definitely your one pair is no longer good here. If he had a weak A, he would have donked again for $0.25.

These terrible players aren't tricky, he made his hand and he wants to get paid off. No way is this a bluff in my book.
