I fold PF. I'd sometimes 3-bet T9s, but this is just garbage. I'd make it a slight bit bigger, more in the 12-14$ range.

On the flop, I'd call now. You have pretty good implied odds (he's very likely to have a set/AJ/maybe AK), so you're usually going to stack him when you hit on the turn.

Is there any difference between 3 betting standard, and 3 betting light or do both terms coincide with each other?

I believe that:
"Standard" 3betting = AA, KK, AK, QQ? JJ?
3 betting "light" = Things like 76s, JTs
