You should reply by making it look like his email never reached you and was automatically sent back to him.

This is really awesome.

Yes that's the winner.

Unless you are willing to pay me $1,000,000 per hour just to even think of considering the idea of taking such jobs that only robots with 10 multi-processors for multitasking capabilities, 100 Gig of RAM for quick thinking and 1000 Terabyte of Hard Disk space for knowledge and experience in his metal head can do

[/ QUOTE ]

Clearly not the candidate you're looking for. Someone with a modicum of technical experience would get the small details right, like a 8-core processor, 128GB RAM, and a petabyte of storage, and obviously petabyte hard drives are quite a long ways off anyway. This kid flips burgers for a living. Respond with a form letter explaining why you contacted him, and that you deal with thousands of people on a daily basis, but that you now understand that he is not qualified for the type of positions that you hire for and wish him luck in his future career prospects. As a manager at KFC.

Send him a completely generic response that you would send to someone that replied to your message showing interest.

"Thanks for your reply and I'm really happy that you're in the market and interested in working with me to find the right job for YOU! I have many great opportunites, blah, blah, What would be a good time to have a setup a meeting over lunch? I really look forward to helping you!"
