The guy with Coco when he accosted Meadow was NOT the same guy with Coco when Tony came and kicked his ass. The guy with Coco in this latter scene who Tony repeatedly pointed the gun at is Butch. He was also the guy who opened the door at Phil's house.

I don't think Coco had a guy with him when he ran into Meadow. I got the feeling that the guy who told him to leave was the owner of the place.
