Drinking lots and lots of water isn't going to do anything but make you pee lots and lots. THC (assuming that's what you have in your system) is NOT water soluble! Drinking water only serve the purpose of dillution.

SO

You only need to drink water about 45 minutes or so before your test. REMEMBER THOUGH - IF THE TESTING FACILLITY THINK S YOUR SAMPLE IS DILLUTED (BY BEING VERY CLEAR URINE) THEY WILL MARK YOUR SAMPLE AS "DILLUTED" WHICH BASICALLY MEANS YOU FAIL.
