Default Cashing out at Pokerstars

This is probably the wrong forum..feel free to move it. And this question is probably really simple, i'm just too stupid to figure out.

I have an epassporte account that doesn't allow me to cash out to my bank anymore..so, i figured i could ask for a check from pokerstars..but it seems that i can't do that either..

What are my choices? I can see the money in the epassporte account but that's it.

Thanks..

Good luck getting a response from Epassporte. I've asked questions serveral times through their message system and NEVER got a response. Seems the only way to find out anything is to call them and wait on hold for a year.

Request a check man, I get them from Stars and they come in a timely matter. I live in South Florida and the checks come to me from a company they use in California to process them, and I get them within 4 to 5 business days. In fact last Tuesday I requested my 3rd one in a month and it came Saturday morning, I've been nothing but happy with the service and speed of cashouts at PokerStars.
