Default 2nd nuts with flush draw on turn

Been sitting for a while, MP has been raising close to half the hands.

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.comFlopTurnRiver.com (Format: Plain Text)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8h, 9h.
1 fold, MP raises, Hero calls, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) Qh, 7h, Td (3 players)
BB checks, MP bets, Hero raises, BB folds, MP 3-bets, Hero caps, MP calls.

Turn: (7.25 BB) Jd (2 players)
MP bets, Hero raises, MP 3-bets, Hero caps right? What is the plan for the river?
