Phil in the software forum is trying to do this for cash games atm, but for SNGs it is more complicated. For cash games you can just look at the average outcome for all possible boards, but for SNGs you have to pass each of the stack configurations generated from each outcome through the ICM function and then take the average $ equity generated by the ICM (this could get pretty messy if it's a multi-way all-in...).
