Cashout from microgaming network (crazy poker)
Hi,
I have just tried to cash out from Crazy Poker which is part of the microgaming network. They have sent me an email requesting 1) A utility bill 2) A copy of BOTH sides of my credit card and 3) A copy of the photo page of my passport. They want me to scan and e-mail them these items before they approve the cashout. When cashing out from other sites I have never been asked to provide these details and I just wanted to check that this is normal and if anyone else has had any experience with microgaming sites? The games are so easy to beat that I would like to keep playing there, but why are they asking me for all this stuff? Just looking for some reassurance here that I am going to get my money Thanks Guy |

Re: Cashout from microgaming network (crazy poker)
Just got the same thing Thursday night. I put it off, hoping maybe it would go through anyway. Friday morning, I had the money. Not sure if that's always the way, but you might want to hold off a day or two.

Ok - will leave it until monday - the idea is to cash it back into another prima site to do a bit of bonus whoring - I hope I don't have problems every time - the game are soooo soft there - have been running at a about 30BB/100 for the past 1500 hands.

Re: Cashout from microgaming network (crazy poker)
This happened to me on my first cashout at royal vegas poker (another prima skin). I mailed it to them, and the money went through. I did not have to do it on the following cashouts.

I have played on bet365, stan james, 32red, code poker, unibet and dream poker and never been asked for documents.

Re: Cashout from microgaming network (crazy poker)
The document dodge is commonly used by sites that are falling behind in their payouts. It delays the payday until they hopefully have some more cash. That, or something about your account makes them leery.

Re: Cashout from microgaming network (crazy poker)
Ok - will wait until tomorrow (Monday) and if Neteller does not show anything then I will send them what they want. I guess that if they were trying to rip me off - they have me credit card details anyway as I had to register a card to play on their site.
