why would I give you $30k if you discontinued our staking agreement? I have to win money back within our stake for you to get any money, obv.

There seems to be alot of miscommunication between you and OP. He stated that you told him you were going to pay him $30K in weekly payments from your $10/20 NL stake with Neutrality? He mentioned this a few times in this thread and you didn't deny it. Is it not true?

this whole thing is a clusterfuck from both sides to begin with. both sides look like they should take some of the blame due to not working out the details before (boosted has said more was discussed more over aim, however he doesn't have the logs and OP hasn't posted them), however my main question is this...
boosted, assuming you are a winning player at 10/20+ (which I have no reason to doubt), but have a lack of liquid money right now due to loans/staking/whatever, why not just ask someone who you know and trust 'I have no liquid money right now, can you loan me 50/100/whatever/k and I'll pay you back +whatever% in 3 months time?
even if you are paying 20% on a 3 month loan, this has gotta be better value for you than a deal where you pay back 50% of any profits if you are up, and play for nothing (to yourself) if you are down?
it seems the way this has gone down, the only person who has done well out of it is boosted's friend who has brought out the staking deal - OP is out of 30k that he was lead to believe was '100% risk free', and boosted is stuck playing games lower than he would like (and assuming can beat).
just an outsiders point of view who has no ties to anyone involved - but in this deal I can't see why you would want to be staked to try to 'run up a big score' - 10/20->40/80 whatever with 4 buyins the biggest game? I can understand selling off your action when a big game is particulary good, or for people playing big MTT's, but for cash games if you really have no money available, why not just ask one of your friends for a 3 month loan when you have the money but can't access it now?

Can someone please explain to me why boosted and the OP would both be dumb enough to allow such a situation to occur.

And I found it retarded / laughable that neither has posted a pic of their transfer history since Boosted said that he recieved the first 30k just minutes before the second 30k, while OP said the transfer happened the previous day. How are there no screenshots of this since a screenshot will surely damage one parties credibility.

Because if you are a winning player at both 10/20 and 25/50 it makes no sense for you to play 10/20 for 0% profit when you can play 25/50 for 50% of your profit after 30k.

I don't see how you would not take this deal.

whether it was 30, 20 and 10 or 30 and 30, this still shows boosted was lying about at least one aspect of this situation b/c it clearly wasnt 60k all in one day.

this is yellowsub posting on tdomeski's acct

hey this is the real tdomeski

get on my level

[/ QUOTE ]

I was referring to the fact that "you" didn't post that thread, Yellow sub posted it under a different name. Not exactly adding credibility to Boosted, having people vouch for him if they can't even do it under their own accounts. The OJ pic is a nice touch, I like it

Does anyone not think that boosed is a POS hustler at this point?

And as far as I am concerned that 12K win boosted transferred to him in the past makes him look MORE GUILTY, not less guilty.

Con men typically run some kind of smaller transaction where they 'give' or 'loan' or run some other transaction whatever with a certain amount of money to the mark to 'establish trust'. It is mearly part of the set up for the con.

It could be cooincidence but it makes boosted look WORSE as far as I am concerned.

Isn't there a huge conflict of interest when you are playing on two different staking deals where the stakers are not in communication with each other? I can see it working in tournaments when one will stake certain tourneys, and the other will stake the rest. Or they can work out a deal where they split your action. However, taking two staking deals without working out details with each staker is really shady.

Mine and yoguh's staking deal is over. He has opted not to post more money for me to make up the stake, therefore, I cannot win his money back, and for some reason he thinks I'm going to just drop $30k out of my pocket.
