I have a perfect solution for that that's always worked for me.

start a new graph

If my graph starts looking crappy, I take a break, read a poker book, look at hands, whatever. Then I start a new graph, cause that old stuff, that was the old me, this is the new me. so, of course, the old stuff no longer matters. it's all about additude and perception.

This is great advice that could help many people. what I do is I take my poker month by month. If one month doesnt go so well, when the next month starts i spend some extra time looking over certain things, and then its like I have a new game, so any previous downswing is irrelevant, just start a new


You can also pretty easily do this by taking it by the day/week or wtvr, and only look at a day/weeks results from PT, and ignore the week before when you were getting pwned
