As played I think I just call and don't put much more in if he bets. This spot seriously sucks though.

The problem from my point of view is that even if I decide to not give MP credit for a monster, UTG is a serious threat. He has solid stats, what hands can he cold call a 19$ reraise with ? I cannot think of a range for 2 players calling 19BB reraise preflop that does not include AA-QQ-JJ-AQ-KQ.

I guess a call could be in order here. W/ those stats he'll let u know if your beat or not. I didn't think it through. He could easily be betting AJ I guess.

i probably do this as well. If you call the flop your hand is gonna look like AA, KK, or AQ, so you can check and fold the turn to any serious bet.

i think i would usually just bet the flop though
