Since people often respond to posted hands with questions about what they put their opponent on, I thought I'd throw this hand up and see if anyone can figure out what my opponent was holding here.

Hard to say with no reads on villain. Assuming he's not a fish, any small or medium pocket pair. 22-77, 99, maybe even TT.

UTG line = im weak but i don't really want to fold.
limp/call raise UTG is often small pocketpairs looking for sets.

I would put villian on 22-77.

I should have added this information before. I only had 9 hands on him but he was 88/0. I'll edit original post for anyone new.

Any ace or pp. You cant estimate someones range accurately without their stats, reads and history.

True. I had only played 8 hands against this guy, so I didn't have much to go on. Which is often the case anyway, right?
