100NL: couple of very interesting hands

Player 1 is solid, Villain is a LAGtard and potentially drunk. He's been going off in the chat box for over an hour, hurling obscenities and racial slurs all around the table. Hand 1 comes literally 2 hands after I stacked him set over set. I have been 3-betting liberally, and Player 1 probably thinks I'm a maniac.

Hand 1:

Player 1 has ~250, Villain has ~100, I have ~350

Player 1 opens to 3.50 from the CO, Villain calls OTB, I squeeze to 16 from the BB with KhKc, Player 1 calls, Villain calls.

Same Villain, different table. I have ~250, Villain has ~250 (yay)

Villain opens UTG to 5 (standard), I raise to 19 OTB with QsQc, Villain calls (wtf).

Flop (39.50) 10c 9c 2h

Villain donks 25, I raise to 85, Villain insta-shoves.

~200 into a 150 pot to me. WTF

I check in hand 1, see what happens. I may continue with the hand or fold to significant aggression.

Hand 2, I don't think I can fold an overpair against this guy.

Hand 1- bet and call shove IMO, especially if he thinks you're a maniac he mite shove in hand like TT here (since this is somewut safe flop), and he could also shove in two hearts.

Hand 2- IMO AKcc/AQcc/JJ more likely IMO than KK, AA, or set, so I'd call this shove (especially instashoves).

I bet 42, Player 1 called (!?), Villain instashoved, I folded, Player 1 instacalled with AK.

Hand 2:

I timed down and called. He showed 10 2.
